 Anita joined Shire in January 2004 as Executive Vice President for Global Human Resources, and is part of the leadership team that transformed Shire from a small pharmaceutical company into a dynamic global biopharmaceuticals organization with more than 3500 employees around the world and a portfolio of medicines that help patients and their families live healthier, more productive lives. 


Alla PiltserAlla Piltser, Executive Vice President, Citigroup  Alla Piltser is the Executive VP in charge of the Global Distributed Capacity Planning and Performance management at CitiGroup. She has been a founder of the Computer Technical Services company that has been providing services to the leading firms. Alla has worked with several financial institutions for the past 16 years as an independent consultant. In 2004 she has been hired by Merrill Lynch to create and lead a new function in IT area. Alla has a computer science and mathematics degree from NYU and currently resides in New Jersey.


gail latimerGail Latimer, Chief Nursing Officer, Siemens Gail is Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Siemens Medical Solutions Health Services. Gail has served in numerous nursing and healthcare leadership roles over her thirty years in nursing. Prior to joining Siemens, she spent four years as the Senior Vice President,  Chief Operating Officer for Holy Redeemer Hospital and Medical Center located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Gail provides the foundation for increased innovation within the nursing environment, offers a clear understanding of the needs of professional nurses, and helps the nursing profession understand how critical information technology-based solutions are for providing the highest levels of nursing practice and patient safety throughout the healthcare system. She serves as an integral part of Siemens senior leadership team, working closely with clinical product developers, customers, industry experts and industry advisory groups to help drive Siemens continuing development – and its customer’s successful use – of clinical IT solutions.
